| 1 | Inquire NGS Service | Contact Core Manager to inquire service application of interest. |
| 2 | Project Consultation | Project discussion regarding sample organism, sequence type, and scale of data required. Please also provide sample information for visual quality inspection. |
| 3 | On-line Application | Log-in LIMS and complete on-line application. |
| 4 | Submit Sample and Forms | Download Sequencing Application Form and Sample Submission Form, and have the form signed by PI for project approval. Send approved samples and forms to core, signed in by Core Manager for project establishment. |
| 5 | Sample QC | Check DNA/RNA concentration, purity, and quality. |
| 6 | Library Construction | Application-specific procedure; PCR amplification. |
| 7 | Library QC | Check library size range and concentration; qPCR normalization. |
| 8 | Sequencing | Application dependent sequencing (SR vs PE; read length of choice) |
| 9 | Data Preparation | Demultiplexing; read folder generation; summary file. (Optional: assembly or mapping analysis upon request.) |
| 10 | Return Data to User | Transfer data/files by retrieval server FTP. Portable HD copy is available only if necessary. |
在提出線上申請之前，請先聯絡 NGS Core Manager，並提供樣品明細，包括濃度、純度、膠圖、等相關資料，以便針對你的實驗需求進行討論與規劃。待所有需求都經確認過後，才可以登入 LIMS 填寫線上申請表。
你的線上申請表通過審核後，即可預約送件。請先下載定序服務申請表與樣品明細表，將表單列印出來給 PI 簽名後，才能算是有效文件。帶著你的樣品與申請文件（包含定序申請表、樣品明細表、樣品補充資料）即可依約好的時間前往送件。
樣品送達且案件成立之後，你可以隨時登入 LIMS 查詢所有案件的執行進度，也可以在線上查看結果或下載報告。
樣品製備好後，我們會依序安排上機；並在完成定序與分析後，通知你取回定序結果。
