|10X Visium CytAssist
Visium CytAssist is a compact, benchtop instrument that enables the transfer of transcriptomic probes from standard glass slides to Visium slides, enabling spatial profiling insights to be gained from even more samples. Compatible with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E)- or immunofluorescently (IF)-stained FFPE tissue sections, CytAssist allows pre-sectioned tissues to be used for the Visium workflow.

The Chromium platform, powered by Next GEM technology, enables integrated analysis of single cells at massive scale. Our suite of Chromium Single Cell products can capture molecular readouts of cell activity in multiple dimensions, including gene expression, chromatin accessibility, cell surface proteins, immune clonotype, antigen specificity, and CRISPR edits. The key to this technology is the ability to generate tens of thousands of single cell partitions, each containing an identifying barcode for downstream analysis. The Chromium Controller and Chromium Connect instruments use advanced microfluidics to perform single cell partitioning and barcoding in a matter of minutes.
M220 Focused-ultrasonicator™ is designed for Next Generation Sequencing applications requiring fragment sizes between 150bp and 5kb. Covaris AFA® (Adaptive Focused Acoustics®) transmits acoustic energy at ultrasonic frequencies (>400KHz) and very short wavelengths (~3mm) and is uniquely able to focus the energy into sample. AFA controls the shearing forces that fragment nucleic acids to the selected size.
The SageELF is an electrophoresis system that separates DNA or protein samples by size, and then fractionates the whole sample, or section of sample, into 12 fractions. The system is equipped with pulsed-field electrophoresis for resolving large DNA. Fractionation ranges are estimated and adjusted in software, and fractions are collected in buffer.
The BluePippin has the DNA capabilities of the Pippin Prep, plus the extra benefit of pulsed-field electrophoresis for resolving and collecting high molecular weight DNA. For long-range genomic applications, high-pass filtering allows users to collect all fragments above a size threshold set by the user. Target sizes or ranges of sizes are entered in software, and fractions are collected in buffer.
The Megaruptor® 2 was designed to provide the best experience with the fragmentation of DNA from 3 kb - 75 kb. Shearing performance is independent of the source, concentration, temperature, or salt content of a DNA sample. Long fragments generated with the Megaruptor 2 can be optimally analyzed using PacBio's RSII and Sequel Systems.
