and Forms | Download Sequencing Application Form and Sample Submission Form, and have the form signed by PI for project approval.
Send approved samples and forms to core, signed in by Core Manager for project establishment. |
| 5 | Sample QC | Check DNA/RNA concentration, purity, and quality. |
| 6 | Library
Construction | Application-specific procedure; PCR amplification. |
| 7 | Library QC | Check library size range and concentration; qPCR normalization. |
| 8 | Sequencing | Application dependent sequencing (SR vs PE; read length of choice) |
| 9 | Data
Preparation | Demultiplexing; read folder generation; summary file. (Optional: assembly or mapping analysis upon request.) |
| 10 | Return Data
to User | Transfer data/files by retrieval server FTP. Portable HD copy is available only if necessary. |
