摘要 Abstract:
The cell type is emerging as a unit of comparison in its own right, allowing homology, novelty and plasticity to be assessed at a resolution that bulk approaches cannot reach. This seminar surveys the 10x Genomics single cell and spatial portfolio through that lens. We will introduce Chromium for single cell and single nucleus transcriptomic and epigenomic profiling, Visium HD for unbiased whole-transcriptome spatial mapping, Xenium for targeted in situ imaging at subcellular resolution and discuss how each contributes to comparative datasets across divergent taxa. Particular attention will be given to the technical prerequisites for non-model work.
