We are excited to introduce AVITI24, the next-generation platform that takes sequencing beyond traditional NGS into the realm of 5D multiomics. AVITI24 enables direct mapping of nucleic acids and proteins, preserving spatial context for single-cell spatial omics by profiling RNA, proteins, and phosphorylated proteins .in a single run—while maintaining intact cell structures for repeat studies. With >Q40 data quality, 900 Gb throughput, 2×300-cycle reads, and ultra-low cost, AVITI24 sets a new benchmark for high-throughput sequencing.
