    BRCAS \u8a2d\u65bd\u7684 NGS \u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u6838\u5fc3\u670d\u52d9\u7531\u4e2d\u592e\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u57fa\u91d1\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u5b9a\u5e8f\u670d\u52d9\u3002 \u70ba\u7dad\u6301\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u8cea\u8207\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff0c\u7576\u51fa\u73fe\u6f5b\u5728\u7591\u96e3\u6216\u932f\u8aa4\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6703\u63d0\u4f9b\u5916\u5305\u5b9a\u5e8f\u4f5c\u70ba\u7591\u96e3\u6392\u89e3\u7684\u9078\u9805\u3002<\/p><\/li>

    \u6a23\u54c1\u8a55\u4f30\u8207\u8655\u7406\u8cbb\u7528\u6839\u64da NGS \u6838\u5fc3 QC \u6a19\u6e96\u8a02\u5b9a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Qubit \u5b9a\u91cf\u3001\u7247\u6bb5\u5206\u6790\uff08FA\u3001Femto \u6216 BioA\uff09\u53ca qPCR\u3002 \u7576\u6a23\u54c1\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u5141\u6536\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4e14\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9078\u64c7\u5728\u6b64\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u6848\u4f8b\u5c07\u88ab\u6b78\u985e\u70ba\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u6848\u4ef6\u3002 \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u5145\u5206\u4e86\u89e3\u5931\u6557\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u53ca\u540c\u610f\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/p><\/li>

    1. High Throughput Genomic Core Services
      <\/strong>

      The NGS High Throughput Genomic Core at BRCAS facility is supported by AS funds and offers high-throughput sequencing services. To maintain data quality and consistency, we may not provide default options for exclusive outsourced sequencing in the event of potential troubleshooting.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Service Types and Applications
      <\/strong>

      We provide a wide range of service types and applications. Please ensure that the chosen application aligns with your project’s requirements before submitting your case and samples. If you have any doubts or need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Once an operation has been initiated, the user assumes responsibility for the associated experiment costs.<\/p><\/li>

    3. Sample Assessment and Processing Fees
      <\/strong>

      Sample assessment and processing fees are determined based on the NGS Core QC standards, including Qubit quantification, Fragment Profile (FA, Femto, or BioA), and qPCR. If a sample does not meet these standards, and the user chooses to proceed under such conditions, the case is classified as high-risk. Users must understand the risk of failure and consent to the relevant experiment costs.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Handling Precious Samples
      <\/strong>

      For precious samples, such as those with low quantities or cell\/tissue samples, it is advisable for the user\/applicant to deliver them in person. We are not responsible for experimental failures potentially associated with damages or improper storage during shipping.<\/p><\/li>

    5. Sequencing Results and Platform-Specific Analyses
      <\/strong>

      The sequencing results provided by our facility consist of sequence files acquired from each platform. We offer platform-specific analysis modules, including PacBio, 10x, and related imaging. For further information, please refer to the service list<\/strong><\/a> and the platform-specific sections.<\/p><\/li>

    6. Data Retention and Responsibility
      <\/strong>

      Due to limited storage capacity within the core, samples will be stored in our freezers, and sequencing data will be archived on our servers for two to three years. However, it is the user’s responsibility to retrieve the sequencing data in a timely manner and duplicate them in their own lab for safekeeping.<\/p><\/li>

    7. Customized Needs
      <\/strong>
